1. Roles and Responsibilities
In the context of global data protection laws (including GDPR and CCPA), the Customer (the recruiting agency) acts as the Data Controller, and LinkerScout acts as the Data Processor.
2. Scope of Processing
LinkerScout will only process personal data based on the documented instructions provided by the Customer, specifically for the purpose of operating the ATS, CRM, and candidate scoring features.
3. Security Measures
LinkerScout implements bank-grade security safeguards, including data encryption in transit and at rest, strict access controls, and regular vulnerability assessments to protect candidate PII.
4. Sub-processors
LinkerScout engages highly secure third-party sub-processors (e.g., AWS, GCP) to host our infrastructure. We ensure all sub-processors are bound by data protection obligations as strict as those in this agreement.
