1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using LinkerScout, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using LinkerScout on behalf of an organization, you agree to these terms on behalf of that organization.
2. Platform Usage & Restrictions
You agree to use LinkerScout strictly for lawful recruitment and hiring purposes. You shall not:
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our AI scoring systems.
- Use the platform to send spam or unsolicited, non-compliant communications.
- Upload malicious code or attempt to breach our security safeguards.
3. Intellectual Property
LinkerScout retains all rights, title, and interest in the platform, including our proprietary sourcing engine and analytics dashboards. Customers retain all rights to the specific candidate data they manually upload into their CRM.
4. Early Access / Beta Provisions
During our Early Access phase, the platform is provided "as is." LinkerScout is not liable for data loss or system downtime. We reserve the right to modify pricing upon the conclusion of the beta period with prior notice.
